Employee Trip



UIC arranges several events for its employees and their families by offering a week of either domestic or international trip. This enables employees and their families to unite and build the relationship further with their colleagues.




Shuttle Bus (Taipei Facilities)



For the UIC staff, we have a free shuttle bus commuting several times per day between the Yongning MRT Station and our company. This free service is offered to make it more convenient for our employees to get to the office.


Gym/Sport Facility (Taipei Facilities)



"A healthy body keeps a healthy mind", quote by our chairman. UIC offers a wide range of options for the ones who like to exercise. There is not only a table tennis room and a basketball court accessible for everyone, but also a gym with a variety of fitness equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machines, dumbbells, weightlifting machines etc. Moreover, there is also a billiard room, which people like to enjoy as a perfect ending of the day.

Internal Training




Courses are often held by professional co-workers, but also external professionals are invited to educate and share their knowledge. These can be in the fields like Product Development, Marketing, Market Information, Technical Topics, General Education, Administrative or Business Topics, International Information and other fields. This is to cover all areas in the company and to encourage and stimulate improvement and continuous employee learning and education. With these continuous learning and education opportunities provided by us, we have seen an exceptional employee satisfaction and retention which garners for growth potential and creativity.


External Training


One of the key objectives of UIC management is to encourage its employees to learn as much as possible as they possibly can. At times it is not possible for internal experts to spare the time or have total knowledge, therefore, UIC sends employees to take external courses or seminars.
It does not matter if it is Research and Development, Marketing, Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, Procurement Professional etc., we are committed to put several resources in these critical areas to ensure we are abreast of the trends. We know that by enhancing our employees’ knowledge, we will see creative juices flowing resulting in excellent products and solutions.

Project Management Training Course




UIC believe that everyone has the ability to work independently and to contribute with their own knowledge and expertise. However, there is more to it than that. We do not only expect our employees to have expertise in their field, but also to know something about project management, and thus can carry out the projects more efficiently. From the top to the bottom of our organization, from managers to staff, we hope our project management course will bring in new thoughts, and let employees keep on improving and to reach excellence.


Self Education (additional courses)

UIC personnel are offered academic education whenever and wherever possible. UIC management is fully committed to encourage all its employees to learn not only their field but also to expand their knowledge into other areas. We want our employees and co-workers not only to focus on their work, but also be able to grow in their personal life.

UIC cultivates every freshman as professional manager, and every professional manager as general manager. To achieve the above-mentioned, UIC will set up a training plan every year and allocate budget for everyone, to let our employees pursue knowledge growth. We expect that every employee keeps their personal competitiveness throughout their whole career.
