This non exclusive agreement expands the distribution of the UIC products to include Canada, South America, Mexico and the existing North America Sales.
UIC has offices in Fremont, CA and Manufacturing and offices in Taipei, Taiwan. UIC offers a suite of retail peripherals such as magnetic stripe readers, PIN pads, smart card readers, and RFID readers that will also be available from BlueStar. The UIC products fit nicely into our current product offering, and UIC has exciting plans to enhance their existing offerings.
