UIC SIGNS DISTRIBUTER INGRAM MICRO

Fremont, CA, March 15, 2007 — Uniform Industrial Corp. (UIC) has signed Distributor Ingram Micro to a new expanded distribution agreement. The new non exclusive agreement includes the distribution of UIC Magnetic Swipe and Insertion Readers, Smart Card Readers, Pin Pads, and RFID Contactless Readers as well as the recently acquired Check Readers from Hand Held Products to Canada, Latin America, and Mexico. The previous agreement did not include Canada or Mexico and expands the UIC product offering to include the RFID Contactless Readers and the newly acquired Check Readers.
