UCH100

Introduction

The UCH100 is a compact, high reliability and high performance magnetic stripe chip head that operates in dual and triple track swiping modes. It fully conforms to American Banker Association (ABA), International Air Transportation Association and Thrift Industry (TI) and ISO 7811 standards.

The UCH100 uses Single Frequency/Double Frequency (F2F) encoding methods and operates at an encoding density of 75 bits per inch (bpi) and 210 bits per inch (bpi). The UCH100 is an intelligent reader that consumes very little power and supports power saving, stand by, and shut down modes automatically.
